Thus providing “nose-to-tail” craft butchery where not an ounce of the carcass is wasted.
Darren has also developed an award-winning knowledge in the artisan skills of curing, smoking and charcuterie.

What we have created here at Morgan's is something special. It’s more than just a Butchers Shop, its craft, tradition, innovation and family. I'm incredibly proud to be a Master Butcher and I couldn’t be prouder of those who stand beside me.

Darren Morgan’s Award winning sausages are the pride of Shropshire. His Traditional Shropshire Sausages have been awarded the title of UK Supreme Sausage Champion 2019 and still hold that title!
